Model Classification Of Pipe Thread Lathe
|Pipe thread lathes are mainly divided into ordinary pipe thread lathes and CNC pipe thread lathes according to different control and operation methods.
Pipe thread lathe consists of three series:
The first is to process horizontal lathes with a diameter of 400-1600 mm and a length of 750-10000 mm.
The second is a pipe thread lathe with a spindle diameter of Φ130-440 mm.
The third is various large-hole lathes, large-head lathes, and special machine tools with a spindle diameter of Φ130-440 mm.
At present, the main shaft diameter of the PTJ Shop pipe thread lathe is mainly 135mm ~ 500mm. The workpiece on the bed has a turning diameter of 630mm ~ 1200mm, and the length of the workpiece is 750mm ~ 15000mm. Products are widely used in machinery manufacturing, petroleum, chemical, coal, geological exploration, urban water supply and drainage industries.
At present, the main models of CNC pipe thread lathes are:
QK1313 pipe thread lathe: the diameter of the main shaft is 135mm, and the maximum diameter of the bed is 630mm;
QK1319 pipe thread lathe: 200mm spindle diameter, 630mm turning diameter on the bed;
QK1322 pipe thread lathe: spindle diameter 225mm, maximum rotation diameter 670mm on the bed;
QK1327 pipe thread lathe: 280mm spindle diameter, 800mm turning diameter on the bed;
QK1330 pipe thread lathe: the main shaft diameter is 310mm, and the maximum rotation diameter of the bed is 800mm;
QK1343 pipe thread lathe: spindle diameter of 440mm, maximum rotation diameter of 1000mm on the bed;
QK1350 pipe thread lathe: spindle diameter of 510mm, maximum rotation diameter of 1200mm on the bed.
